Location: Hybrid (must be based in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, 3 days/week in office)

Salary: 600 - 1000 PLN/day (B2B)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end implementation of HPNS backups and out-of-region setups.
• Oversee solution design, installation, and configuration processes.
• Coordinate data migrations and restore testing across dedicated environments.
• Monitor data integrity and database management standards.
• Report technical performance and risk assessments to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź.
• Proven experience managing projects within the HPE NonStop ecosystem.
• Extensive knowledge of Pathway (TS/MP), TMF, OSS, and CLIM connectivity.
• Rigorous application of Change Management and ITIL frameworks.
• English proficiency at C1-C2 level required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NonStop security frameworks like XYPRO or Safeguard.
• Experience with PCI-DSS or SOX compliance standards.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics.
