What you will do

• Integrate multiple related activities to deliver the overall project scope and objectives.
• Define, communicate, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on stakeholders’ requirement.
• Develop, execute, control, and communicate the project plan.
• Create and lead the local project organization based on project deliverables and define roles, responsibilities, and objectives.
• Develop and implement a communication plan based on stakeholders’ needs and expectations.
• Develop and implement a monitor the risk management plan.

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience with ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience of a similar role in a multinational corporation, in a Production Centre or Factory setting.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
• Capable to manage complex stakeholders at all levels making use of unformal authority and lead teams without authority.
• Capacity to deal with the uncertainty in complex projects.
• Fluent in English.
