IAM Product Manager

TL;DR

IAM Product Manager (Identity & Access Management): Managing the lhirify.globalecycle and development of external IAM products and services to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable digital experiences with an accent on authentication, authorization, and digital signing capabilities. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and promoting IAM-first architecture across the business.

Location: Must be based in Norway, Sweden, Finland, or Latvia (Hybrid workplace available).

What you will do

• Manage the lhirify.globalecycle and delivery of external IAM products and services across business areas.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and legal stakeholders to ensure compliance and technical alignment.
• Drive IAM-first thinking and cross-functional initiatives for secure customer and employee experiences.
• Guide teams on identity management, authentication, authorization, and consent management processes.
• Align IAM capabilities with evolving regulatory requirements like GDPR, eIDAS, and FiDA.

Requirements

• Experience in product management and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of IAM areas such as authentication, identity management, and digital signing.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR and eIDAS.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Eligibility to work in Norway, Sweden, Finland, or Latvia.
