What you will do
- Define and evolve the service line strategy focusing on AI-native products and service design.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including designers, data specialists, and engineers to deliver impact.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable experience architectures and product roadmaps.
- Drive client growth by articulating the value of experience-led, AI-driven differentiation.
- Ensure ethical and inclusive use of data and AI across all customer-facing solutions.
- Foster collaboration across regional domains and account teams to support transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership background in customer experience, service design, or digital product management within consulting or complex environments.
- Solid understanding of AI-native product architectures, personalization, and data-driven experience design.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end digital products from discovery to launch and optimization.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate complex technical investments into business outcomes.
- Strong commercial mindset and storytelling skills to articulate experience concepts clearly.
- Current work authorization for Finland or Sweden.
