Location: Ability to work from the Berlin or Helsinki office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Gain deep customer insights to define product priorities and problems to solve.
• Lead product discovery activities, including user research and prototype testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft product vision and roadmap.
• Own the product roadmap+backlog and prioritize feature development.
• Develop go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and demand.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment of strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Working experience on the creative format space, understanding the differences between HTML5, Image and Video formats, including CTV formats.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact projects and driving user or revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in launching successful software products and features.
• Excellent English and willingness plus ability to travel internationally to meet internal teams and partners
