What you will do

• Define and run the end-to-end product release process across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.
• Establish clear planning cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure OKRs connect to daily execution.
• Drive release readiness reviews covering quality, dependencies, documentation, and enablement.
• Track post-launch performance and usage data to identify gaps between shipped features and customer value.
• Build and standardize product operating cadences using tools like Jira to remove friction and improve visibility.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders to eliminate miscommunication and ensure predictable, high-quality releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations or Product Management.
• Strong background in managing complex product releases within SaaS or platform companies.
• Proven ability to connect high-level strategy to granular execution and measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in structured problem solving and operational process design.
• Must be located within the Europe region.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
