TL;DR

Product Manager (Growth): Owns how hirify.global acquires and activates users, including web presence, onboarding flows, and growth initiatives across channels with an accent on new distribution models and creative go-to-market approaches. Focus on identifying high-potential corridors and user segments, running experiments, and building a culture of learning from data.

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden

hirify.global has been connecting people across borders for nearly 20 years and is now rebuilding its product team to drive the next phase of growth.

What you will do

  • Own the product roadmap for web, onboarding, and conversion.
  • Build funnels that enable acquisition and activation strategies across digital and non-digital channels.
  • Identify high-potential corridors and user segments and figure out how to reach them.
  • Run experiments and build a culture of learning from data.
  • Work closely with marketing, data, and engineering to turn ideas into measurable results.
  • Understand users deeply: who they are, where they are, how they discover hirify.global, and what makes them stay.

Requirements

  • You are an excellent communicator and collaborator.
  • 3+ years in a growth, product, or commercial role where you had real ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong commercial instinct; care about revenue and unit economics.
  • Creative and resourceful; come up with ideas that others wouldn't have and make them work.
  • Analytical; can size an opportunity, design an experiment, and interpret the results.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize ruthlessly.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consumer apps, marketplace, fintech, or telecom.
  • Understanding of diaspora or immigrant communities and how they discover products.
  • Experience with SEO, paid acquisition, or CRM as part of a broader growth strategy.
  • A background in consulting, startups, or similarly resource-constrained environments.
