What you will do

• Define governance and lhirify.globalecycle processes for API products across the organization.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and legal teams to ensure secure and scalable API delivery.
• Lead risk assessments for external partnerships and manage the internal Developer Portal.
• Promote API-first thinking and guide stakeholders in producing and consuming APIs.
• Manage the integration of AI agents and data tools within the API and IAM ecosystem.
• Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives supporting digital sales and customer experience.

Requirements

• English: C1 or higher proficiency required.
• Must be able to work from Oslo, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Espoo, Turku, or Riga.
• Experience in product management and agile development environments.
• Strong understanding of API architecture, IAM protocols, and OAuth2 flows.
• Familiarity with AI applications, agentic workflows, and API security risks.
• Ability to thrive in complex organizational setups and drive change.
