Product Lead (EdTech): Defining the vision and strategy for the student experience while managing product development for a high-impact AI-driven math platform with an accent on stakeholder alignment, KPIs, and end-to-end product delivery. What you will do
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the student-facing product experience.
- Act as a hands-on Product Manager for a product unit, guiding the full lifecycle from discovery to launch.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to plan and ship high-impact features.
- Coordinate product efforts across tech, customer success, and revenue departments.
- Establish meaningful KPIs and long-term goal structures to track success.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Proven track record in product management with significant leadership experience.
- Must be able to work onsite in Stockholm, Sweden.
- Strong technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
- Solid experience in fast-paced, high-performance startup environments.
- Engineering degree or equivalent background from a top-tier university.
Nice to have
- Professional background as a software engineer, designer, or data scientist.
- Prior experience in the EdTech or education sector.
