What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with a focus on increasing net revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, marketing programs, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Conduct needs analysis, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to contract signing.
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in Salesforce CRM.
  • Stay current on the evolving merchant payments industry and company service portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role.
  • Strong B2B sales and cold calling background.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform successful sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to apply company policies to resolve moderate-scope business issues.
