TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (Sales): Identifying new business opportunities in the Americas region, particularly in the United States, by prospecting potential clients and scheduling meetings for the sales teams with an accent on data accuracy in Salesforce and collaboration with sales and marketing partners. Focus on communicating 's value proposition effectively and incrementally improving sales outcomes through A/B testing and KPI analysis.
Location: Must be willing and able to work US hours / night shift on a long‑term basis.

What you will do
- Identify potential customers for the products and services offered by the company.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily call and email activity targets set by management.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of ’s value proposition and service offerings, and confidently communicate them at a high level to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain accurate and up to date information on contacts, activities and outcomes in CRM and other sales tools.
- Schedule new business meetings with qualified prospects for our sales teams.
- Work with leadership to A/B test messaging, cadences, and various KPI's to incrementally improve sales outcomes.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment, ideally supporting US‑based clients on a night shift
- Willingness and ability to work US hours / night shift on a long‑term basis
- Experience in the IP industry or professional services is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with cold calling and outbound email outreach; strong desire to grow a career in sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; confident working with diverse cultures.
- Highly dependable, well‑organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with sales technology (SalesForce, SalesNav, Outreach, etc) is a plus.
