What you will do

• Identify, pursue, and onboard enterprise-level merchants with complex payment and settlement requirements.
• Manage the full acquiring sales cycle, including prospecting, solution design, and commercial negotiation.
• Develop and present merchant acquiring pricing models to balance competitiveness and profitability.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to customize and deliver acquiring capabilities.
• Review, interpret, and negotiate acquiring agreements while managing regulatory and operational risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise merchants, handling inquiries and escalations.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in merchant acquiring, payments, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of acquiring flows, settlement, chargebacks, fraud management, and scheme rules.
• Proven ability to structure MDR-based pricing and close complex enterprise acquiring deals.
• Experience supporting large enterprise merchants across e-commerce and omni-channel environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Financial Technology, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work at the One Park Drive Building, Philippines.
