Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 per annum plus superannuation

What you will do

  • Champion effective sales funnel management and track key metrics within Salesforce.
  • Provide commercial guidance and tools to enable improved business outcomes.
  • Manage Salesforce operations, including reporting, automation, and data quality.
  • Coordinate RFPs and formal sales responses for large pipeline opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance to enhance forecasting mechanisms and evolve pipeline management processes.
  • Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance trends to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales operations role within a fast-moving industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and adoption initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy with proven data analysis capability.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Fortitude Valley office.
  • This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract.
