TL;DR

Manager, Account Management (SaaS): Leading a team of Team Leads and Account Managers responsible for the retention, growth, and adoption of hirify.global’s suite of Products with an accent on scaling processes, expanding strategic customer engagement, and fostering a results-driven culture. Focus on building new outreach strategies, refining Account Management processes, and innovating AI-first solutions to drive efficiency and customer experience.

Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office min. twice per week.

Salary: $113,500 to $170,300 CAD.

What you will do

  • Build and launch new outreach strategies, including enablement, playbooks, and workflows.
  • Refine Account Management processes and build new processes to support the launch of Core work streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes, increase leads, expedite time to customer solutions, and reduce admin time.
  • Oversee escalations and provide leadership guidance for customers escalated through Account Management channels.
  • Develop retention strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new account managers, ensuring they are equipped with the product knowledge and skills to succeed.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of management experience leading leaders and individual contributors.
  • Experience scaling teams at velocity, including scaling the size of the team, tools, and workflows while maintaining and building culture.
  • Experience building and deploying cutting-edge Customer Success AI workflows and applications.
  • Experience managing a revenue-delivering team with sales fundamentals.
  • A passion for people management, developing, and enabling a team-oriented culture through individualized and situational leadership.
  • Data/Target-driven management.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FinTec or Scaled Success.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS tools.
  • Experience working with Customer Success tools such as ChurnZero etc.
  • Proven track record in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • SaaS experience.
