Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 60 days per year.

What you will do

  • Identify and engage high-potential hospitality venues across Australia, building a strong pipeline through multi-channel outreach.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and act as a trusted advisor, positioning hirify.global as a complete solution.
  • Lead pricing discussions and negotiations to drive strong commercial outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM data for forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer success and business growth.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in outbound sales, including cold calling, re-engaging leads, and converting conversations into meetings.
  • Ability to forecast pipeline and manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Proven track record of high performance in previous sales roles.
  • Strong motivation to grow your career.
  • Experience with Salesforce and the hospitality industry is a plus (not required).
