What you will do

  • Take full ownership of a revenue target, consistently meeting and exceeding quota through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within your customer base.
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to uncover growth opportunities, leveraging hirify.global’s full suite of products to maximise account value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor while aligning their needs to hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular check-ins and business reviews, to drive pipeline, identify risks, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, maximise retention, and support ongoing account growth.
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline, track account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role (Account Management, Account Executive, or similar), ideally within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and account expansion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient with a strong drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
