What you will do

  • Lead RevOps projects from scoping to delivery with full ownership of outcomes and stakeholder communication
  • Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to manage priorities and keep initiatives on track
  • Own and optimize the RevOps tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and other GTM tools
  • Design and improve workflows, automations, and processes to enhance team efficiency
  • Support forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance insights for leadership decision-making
  • Mentor and support other RevOps team members to raise the function's standards

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in Revenue Operations or similar GTM operations role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Intercom, and other sales and marketing tools
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot administration
  • Proven ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across multiple departments
  • Experience designing GTM processes, workflows, and automations to drive efficiency
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building reports, dashboards, and forecasting frameworks
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
  • Strong commercial awareness connecting operational work to revenue outcomes
