Compensation: $224,000–$387,000 (depending on location and performance)

What you will do

• Design and deploy end-to-end ML models to combat fraud and enhance platform security.
• Lead research and development of Generative AI and LLM strategies for automated decisioning.
• Construct and optimize robust production-grade data and ML pipelines.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and set technical best practices for the machine learning lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges and drive organizational impact.
• Present technical research and influence long-term strategy both internally and at industry forums.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participating employer)
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in Python and at least one other major ML language (R, Scala, etc.).
• Proven experience leading large-scale technical data science programs with cross-functional teams of 10+.
• In-depth theoretical and applied knowledge of supervised/unsupervised algorithms, neural networks, and transformers.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining cloud/on-premises ML processing environments.

Nice to have

• Advanced domain knowledge in fraud, e-commerce, or operational ML applications.
• Expert knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for complex visualization.
• Experience with adaptive experimental design.
