What you will do

• Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure successful deployment of ML solutions for customers.
• Build and present proofs of concept to demonstrate AI capabilities.
• Design and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications.
• Contribute features and bug fixes to the internal ML platform.
• Integrate and enable new machine learning models.
• Optimize system efficiency and scalability for deployed models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in customer-facing roles.
• Robust coding skills with proficiency in Python.
• Proven ability to lead and execute complex technical projects.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with SFT and RLHF/RFT fine-tuning.
