What you will do

• Advance multimodal human representation models across visual, audio, and textual data.
• Conduct end-to-end experimental research from initial hypothesis to model deployment.
• Drive technical projects from ideation through implementation and rigorous evaluation.
• Contribute to scalable research infrastructure tailored for multimodal AI and large-scale datasets.
• Design and execute tuning strategies for Vision Language Models (VLMs) and foundation models.

Requirements

• PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in machine learning and applied research.
• Proven background in developing audio, speech, or visual machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one major deep learning framework such as JAX.
• Experience with tuning large-scale Vision Language Models.
• Ability to conduct independent research, including experimental design and implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI architectures and techniques.
• Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning or alignment methods.
• Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or CVPR.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices or privacy-preserving machine learning.
