What you will do

• Develop large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal agentic systems for real estate customers.
• Design interaction modes including Voice AI and deep research capabilities.
• Build and pioneer evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails for trustworthy AI.
• Convert cutting-edge agentic research into tangible product innovations.
• Lead complex, multi-team initiatives bridging applied research and scalable engineering.
• Communicate AI system architectures to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience deploying large-scale ML models.
• 2-3 years of recent experience building agent-based systems or multi-agent collaboration.
• Experience with frontier multimodal LLMs and dialogue systems.
• Expertise in agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, Agents SDK, or AutoGen.
• Must be a U.S. resident to perform this remote role.

• Proven track record of writing articles, patents, or publishing high-impact research.
