What you will do

• Build and tune LLM-powered agents to meet specific quality benchmarks.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows for tasks like ETL automation, code generation, and complex data analysis.
• Develop scalable RAG pipelines using vector databases and knowledge graphs.
• Optimize ML models and agentic systems for low-latency production environments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform conceptual ideas into production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience building and tuning LLMs and agents (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI).
• Fluency in Python and experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with RAG, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Strong builder mentality with a history of shipping production software.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Knowledge Graph design, entity extraction, and ontology design.
• Knowledge of big-data engines like Spark.
• Experience with compiler development for SQL, Python, or Scala.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
