Salary: $150,000–$300,000 + Equity

hirify.global is an early-stage AI company developing state-of-the-art models to ingest and automate unstructured enterprise data like PDFs and spreadsheets at scale.

What you will do

• Train and deploy new state-of-the-art vision models for parsing complex document structures.
• Experiment with novel techniques to improve LLM accuracy for data extraction.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to evaluate and integrate model performance.
• Build internal tooling using platforms like Streamlit to test hypotheses and create datasets.
• Collaborate directly with founders and customers to influence product and engineering strategy.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in the San Francisco office.
• 2+ years of experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating production-grade ML models.
• Exceptional proficiency in Python.
• Deep understanding of traditional computer vision and Vision Language Models (VLMs).
• Ability to debug, experiment, and iterate rapidly within a full development lifecycle.

• Prior experience founding a company or working in early-stage product development.
