What you will do
- Design and implement LLM-powered features including RAG pipelines and agent orchestration.
- Architect production-ready AI systems ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Partner with product and design teams to translate user needs into AI solutions.
- Develop and iterate on agentic AI capabilities like context-aware decision-making.
- Own end-to-end AI system lifecycle from deployment to monitoring and incident response.
- Mentor engineers through architecture discussions and design reviews.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on production AI/ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one other language such as Go, Java, or TypeScript.
- Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
- Experience building distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of shipping AI products from prototype to production.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI agent frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Background in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with ML evaluation systems and LLM-as-a-judge approaches.
- Frontend experience with React or Next.js.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in CS or Machine Learning.
