Salary: $191,000–$223,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and implement LLM-powered features including RAG pipelines and agent orchestration.
• Architect production-ready AI systems ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Partner with product and design teams to translate user needs into AI solutions.
• Develop and iterate on agentic AI capabilities like context-aware decision-making.
• Own end-to-end AI system lifecycle from deployment to monitoring and incident response.
• Mentor engineers through architecture discussions and design reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on production AI/ML systems.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other language such as Go, Java, or TypeScript.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Experience building distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Proven track record of shipping AI products from prototype to production.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Background in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with ML evaluation systems and LLM-as-a-judge approaches.
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js.
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in CS or Machine Learning.
