Compensation: $150,000 – $210,000 OTE + equity.

What you will do

• Define and execute content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write compelling scripts and copy that resonate with a global audience of creators.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to produce high-quality video and static content.
• Experiment with trends, formats, and growth tactics to optimize reach and engagement.
• Nurture the online community through active engagement in comments and DMs.
• Track, analyze, and iterate based on performance data to improve brand storytelling.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
• Proven experience scaling at least one Instagram or TikTok account to 50k+ followers.
• Background as a creator or professional social media manager with growth-focused responsibilities.
• Strong scriptwriting and copywriting skills tailored for social platforms.
• Comfort with being on camera to entertain and educate the audience.
• Deep passion for AI-driven creative tools and generative media.
