What you will do

• Lead CRO strategy and execution for DTC e-commerce accounts including audits, roadmaps, and A/B testing.
• Design and implement multivariate testing programs to identify optimization opportunities across UX and checkout flows.
• Establish core KPIs and create comprehensive testing roadmaps for advertising campaigns and web experiences.
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance on methodologies and performance reporting.
• Build and maintain a testing pipeline that continuously addresses client and end-user needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing strategic roles or customer success management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify friction points and translate data into actionable insights.
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce best practices, consumer psychology, and conversion-driven UX/UI principles.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive and execute in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City.
