What you will do

• Drive qualified leads through paid social, email nurture, and organic content strategies.
• Create and execute a monthly content and launch calendar across multiple platforms.
• Design and produce marketing assets including decks, one-pagers, and social media graphics.
• Analyze funnel performance and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate on competitive research and propose experiments for growth.
• Support event marketing efforts with signage, collateral, and content capture.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on demand generation experience at a startup.
• Strong expertise in at least two demand gen channels like SEO, paid social, or email marketing.
• Proven ability to produce polished creative materials using Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Clear, concise writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in managing marketing operations and reporting on performance metrics.
• Must be based in San Francisco for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Figma or Webflow.
• Experience with video editing.
• Background in B2B SaaS or the insurance industry.
