Salary: $95,950 - $118,980 USD Annually

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong executive coaching and strategic communication skills.
