Salary: $155,000–$195,000

What you will do

• Partner with GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing, CS, Ops) to drive organizational planning and talent development.
• Use data insights to guide leaders on attrition, performance trends, and compensation strategies.
• Execute the full hire-train-inspect-retain cycle to support rapid scaling.
• Coach managers on decision-making, performance narratives, and high-quality onboarding processes.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and eliminate silos across the global GTM organization.
• Handle employee relations and partner with Legal on compliance and policy application.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of HRBP experience in a high-growth SaaS or global technology company.
• Experience supporting GTM/Sales leadership and C-Suite/Executive teams is required.
• Deep understanding of Sales team dynamics, including role leveling and performance metrics.
• Strong SaaS business acumen with experience in organizational planning and change management.
• Excellent communication and leadership influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.

Good to have

• Familiarity with BambooHR and innovative AI tools.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, benefits administration, and global employment laws.
• Prior experience in a startup SaaS environment.
