What you will do
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, advising on talent alignment, growth, and performance.
- Coach managers through complex employee relations issues, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Define and implement engagement loops and feedback mechanisms to support organizational health.
- Partner with People Ops to analyze team data and drive actionable insights for leadership.
- Support the rollout of impact-based frameworks including competency models, leveling, and career paths.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, onboarding curriculum, and culture-building events.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proven track record as a strategic partner within a growing business environment.
- Experience coaching managers on performance conversations and employee relations.
- Data-driven approach to storytelling and organizational health metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a bias for iteration.
- Strong understanding of working within globally dispersed team environments.
