What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR advisory support and coaching.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across the UK and US.
  • Lead organizational design efforts and workforce planning.
  • Champion inclusion, diversity, and equity.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Partner or similar generalist role.
  • Experience working in a tech or FinTech company is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up or technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing complex ER cases end-to-end. Familiarity with New York State employment law is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with performance management frameworks, talent reviews, and development planning.
  • Technically oriented with hands-on experience using AI tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in or supporting a regulated company (e.g. financial services, FinTech).
  • Experience leading or supporting HR systems migration or implementation projects.
  • Comfortable using people's data and HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
