What you will do

• Lead quarterly talent reviews and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and separations.
• Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution and handle sensitive employee relations matters.
• Oversee EMEA labor law adherence, international mobility, and immigration processes.
• Implement global diversity programs locally and track sentiment data to improve employee experience.
• Partner with finance and payroll to ensure accurate records and smooth regional people processes.

Requirements

• HR relevant experience, specifically supporting the EMEA market (UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy).
• Strong grasp of regional labor practices, stakeholder management, and HRIS proficiency (e.g., Workday).
• A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and embodies values of trust, impact, and diversity.
