Hr Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Texas or Toronto, Canada - up to 3 days per week in office.

What you will do

• Collaborate with other People Teams in the design and implementation of People programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Establish yourself as a knowledgeable, trusted, reliable partner for the team members of your client groups (Sales, Ops, marketing).
• Partner with a member of the executive leadership team and employees on their team to achieve their People objectives.
• Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks; help build and apply HR policies and manage global employee relations issues.
• Promote Career Path development, Succession Planning and Spearhead other initiatives, some of which you will get to build from scratch.

Requirements

• Relevant BA/BS degree.
• 6+ years of experience as an HRBP/PBP within a growing engineering, tech, or cybersecurity organization.
• Experience supporting globally distributed organizations involving different languages, cultures, time zones.
• The ability to synthesize complex situations into a digestible format for business leaders and their teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Reputation for integrity, confidentiality, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability.

Nice to have

• Workday system experience, EOR knowledge and complex Employee data management preferred.
