What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to the UK MD and leadership team on all people and culture matters.
- Lead, inspire, and grow a team of People & Culture Advisors and Business Partners across the UK.
- Lead the people integration efforts following recent acquisitions, ensuring a seamless cultural and operational transition.
- Own the end-to-end employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with UK labor laws and HR best practices.
- Partner with the global DEI function to localize and lead initiatives that foster inclusion and belonging.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior People & Culture leadership role within the technology/digital sector, ideally within a consulting or agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in acting as and leading People & Culture Advisors and Business Partners.
- Ideally, you will have previous experience working within a multinational organization, working with geographically distributed, remote teams.
- Excellent knowledge of local labor law and HR best practice.
- You'll possess a CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple locations or stakeholders.
