TL;DR
HR Business Partner (EMEA): Providing strategic and hands-on HR leadership for the Agentic line of business with an accent on organizational design, change management, and employee engagement. Focus on driving functional excellence, aligning workforce planning with business goals, and fostering a collaborative culture across diverse European markets.
Location: Must be based in Europe (specifically supporting Germany, UK, Netherlands, Spain) with a hybrid model (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do
- Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR plans and organizational design strategies.
- Lead complex change management initiatives, including acquisition integrations.
- Provide expert coaching to front-line and senior leadership.
- Analyze business metrics and workforce data to drive retention and engagement.
- Manage end-to-end compensation processes and headcount planning.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to ensure successful recruitment and internal mobility.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a HR Business Partner.
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) required.
- Strong understanding of business goals and the ability to link them to people strategies.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations and organizational change.
- Analytical mindset with experience in headcount tracking and planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
