Hr Business Partner

HR Business Partner (People Operations): Supporting functional teams, ensuring they thrive and effectively implement people programs in line with hirify.global mission and values with an accent on engagement, organizational health, and performance management. Focus on enhancing the employee experience, influencing organizational growth, and scalability.

Location: Hybrid position in Dallas, Texas or Toronto, Canada - up to 3 days per week in office.

What you will do

• Collaborate with People Teams in the design and implementation of People programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Establish yourself as a knowledgeable, trusted, reliable partner for the team members of your client groups (Sales, Ops, marketing).
• Partner with a member of the executive leadership team and employees on their team to achieve their People objectives.
• Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks; help build and apply HR policies and manage global employee relations issues.
• Promote Career Path development, Succession Planning and Spearhead other initiatives, some of which you will get to build from scratch.

Requirements

• Relevant BA/BS degree.
• 6+ years of experience as an HRBP/PBP within a growing engineering, tech, or cybersecurity organization.
• Experience supporting globally distributed organizations involving different languages, cultures, time zones.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align People initiatives with business objectives, translating strategy into plans for execution.
• Workday system experience, EOR knowledge and complex Employee data management preferred
