Location: Must be based in San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $90K – $110K

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones.
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely and warm touchpoints throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and optimize the ATS to ensure clean data, accurate pipelines, and up-to-date reporting.
  • Coordinate hiring manager debriefs and track feedback collection.
  • Partner with People Ops to facilitate seamless onboarding logistics for new hires.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements within the recruiting function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Experience maintaining ATS platforms and improving data accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco for a hybrid role.
