What you will do

• Attract, source, and hire stellar candidates in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, People teams, and hiring managers.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and obtain candidate feedback.
• Provide an organized and comprehensive candidate interviewing experience.
• Proactively engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Track recruiting funnel metrics and complete candidate interviews via Greenhouse.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience successfully recruiting, agency experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and any modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, TalentHub, etc.).
