What you will do

• Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and TA leadership to understand hiring needs across early-career, technical, and business roles.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines for internships, new grad, and early-in-career hiring.
• Support execution of campus recruiting events, career fairs, info sessions, and hackathons.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events (scheduling, communications, materials, vendors).
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across ATS (Greenhouse), CRM (Gem), and project tracking tools (Asana).

Requirements

• 3+ of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, campus recruiting, or talent programs, ideally in a high-growth or tech environment.
• Experience supporting early-career or campus hiring initiatives.
• Strong sourcing fundamentals, including Boolean search, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on sourcing with event execution and coordination.
• Experience with Gem (CRM), Greenhouse (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Asana (project management).
• Must be eligible to access export controlled information.

• Experience sourcing for technical roles (engineering, infrastructure, or cloud-related roles).
• Exposure to early careers programs, internships, or university partnerships.
• Experience supporting or executing recruiting events or employer branding initiatives.
