What you will do

• Create and maintain project charters for each implementation project.
• Negotiate project objectives and create project schedules.
• Coordinate internal and third-party resources to deliver projects on time.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, managing implementation issues to resolution.
• Establish communication schedules to update stakeholders on project progress.
• Review work quality regularly to ensure it meets project standards.

Requirements

• 2 years of SaaS Implementation experience.
• 1-3 years of project management experience.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, and solve problems.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with electronic project plans.
• Demonstrated ability to influence peers and customers in difficult situations.
