Location: Remotely from the United States (East Coast preferred)

Salary: $150K - $185K OTE (On-Target Earnings) based on your experience, skills, and location.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for priority marketing and business development initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing assumptions.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and external agencies to ensure clear ownership, expectations, and delivery timelines.
• Design and implement repeatable workflows, templates, and project frameworks that bring structure and consistency to marketing execution.
• Create clear, concise reporting for Marketing leadership on project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve cross-team collaboration, and increase delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within Marketing or highly cross-functional environments.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong track record of building or improving operational systems, workflows, or tools.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across senior and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
