Location: Remote (United States). Employees based in San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore hubs are expected to work from the office at least 40% of the time.

Salary: $141,000 - $175,000 annually in San Francisco and New York. Compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market and location-based pay band for candidates outside of San Francisco and New York.

What you will do

• Drive the deployment timeline, maintaining clarity on internal and external dependencies.
• Act as the translation layer between project milestones and engineering execution, creating organized tickets for developers.
• Coordinate with the Strategic Account Manager and Product Manager to ensure work is sequenced, assigned, and delivered on time.
• Optimize and automate operational workflows using modern tools to scale output and proactively unblock the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS, fintech, or technical software startup, including experience working with enterprise clients.
• Entrepreneurial drive with a history of taking initiative and thriving in ambiguity.
• Relentless organization skills with a focus on detail and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Execution focus, comfortable running stand-ups, managing Jira boards, and holding cross-functional peers accountable.
• Technical literacy, comfortable working in a technical, API-first environment and translating project phases into actionable engineering tasks.
