Implementation Manager

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, Austin, TX (3 days per week in office required)

Salary: $100,000 – $111,000 OTE

What you will do

• Manage 6-8 concurrent customer implementations while ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing workflows to increase deployment speed and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to communicate user feedback and resolve escalations.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to optimize the post-sale implementation lifecycle.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in implementation, customer success, project management, or technical consulting.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex business problems.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Nice to have

• Background in Commercial Real Estate.
• Experience with Salesforce or SQL.
• Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
