Salary: $128,900.00-$157,500.00

• Lead cross-functional delivery and process improvement across the Design Studio.
• Implement standards, policies, and process excellence, tracking progress and outcomes.
• Enhance organizational communication and visibility of key initiatives.
• Analyze member and employee insights to guide action plans that improve experience outcomes.
• Support regulatory and organizational compliance.
• Partner across the organization to maintain alignment and share information.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in business or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing project teams.
• Five to seven years of program or project management experience with a focus on operational rhythm and process optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Five years of experience in operations management, technology implementation, or internal controls development and oversight preferred.
• Strong understanding of UX and design environments, including familiarity with design, research, design thinking, and prototyping practices.
