What you will do

• Design and manage intake processes including triage, prioritization, and backlog tracking.
• Provide hands-on program management support across multiple strategic workstreams.
• Establish and standardize program management artifacts, governance meetings, and execution practices.
• Manage RAID logs to identify risks, issues, and dependencies, coordinating mitigation strategies.
• Develop portfolio-level dashboards and status reports to provide leadership with clear, actionable updates.
• Leverage tools like Power BI and Excel to automate reporting and improve data consistency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3–5+ years of experience in program or project management, business operations, or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with reporting and analytics tools including Power BI and Excel.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into insights for executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft data platforms like Dataverse or Fabric.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools for reporting and data analysis.
• Background in building or contributing to formal PMO frameworks.
