What you will do

• Develop and implement program goals and strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage multiple IT programs across operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and clinical applications from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clear communication.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to IT program and project managers.
• Present detailed progress reports, project challenges, and performance results to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT delivery, efficiency, and team productivity.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in IT program management, including 5–10 years in a management capacity.
• Must be able to work onsite in Tarrytown, NY.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Proficiency in management tools including Monday.com, Atlassian suite, and MS Project.
• Proven analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, reporting, and budget management.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business management, or a related field.
