Location: Boston, New York, and Norwalk. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 in Norwalk and New York City

What you will do

• Manage the project delivery of client implementations utilizing hirify.global’s iterative implementation methodology.
• Accountable for program governance, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, decision management, escalation, and executive-level reporting.
• Partner with client project management and senior stakeholders to align scope, timelines, dependencies, and communication strategies.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across assigned projects.
• Lead client readiness, training, cutover planning, and transition to production, ensuring operational stability and successful adoption.
• Contribute to PMO initiatives, standards, and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen delivery consistency and maturity across the organization.

Requirements

• 9+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-year technology implementations; experience in the implementation of a financial system within a bank, insurance company, or Asset Manager is highly valued.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with proven ability to manage expectations, influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, and navigate challenging situations.
• Proven track record in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning; experience maintaining RAID logs and driving proactive issue resolution.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and influencing global, cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Hands-on experience with PM and collaboration tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, Jira, and program dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• PMP® or PgMP® certification preferred; or equivalent experience leading large-scale client implementations within a global management consulting firm
