What you will do

• Build multi-channel campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and cross-functional partners to bring customer experience journeys to life.
• Perform quality assurance on every campaign to ensure error-free execution and optimal user experience.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and tackle challenges collaboratively with stakeholders for seamless campaign execution.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for issues with campaigns or audience/segmentation.
• Run campaign experiments designed to impact key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, math, computer science, information technology or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years hands on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience.
• Proven experiencing launching complex high-touch, high-visibility omni-channel campaigns on a frequent basis in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Deep understanding in digital marketing best practices, HTML, AmpScript and creative design to ensure scalable campaign development.
• Expertise in building dynamic templates, segmentation, testing, analysis, and optimization.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities with flexibility.
