Focus on developing leadership enablement programs, managing compensation and benefits, and fostering a high-trust, high-impact work environment.

Location: Open to candidates living anywhere in Canada in ET time zones. For candidates living in Toronto, the office is conveniently located at 325 Front St West. Hybrid schedule is welcome.

Salary: $125,000-$150,000

What you will do

• Lead and support hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer processes.
• Own and manage all HR policies, documentation, and compliance across the U.S. and Canada.
• Design and execute initiatives that drive engagement, recognition, and team culture.
• Own quarterly performance management processes, including reviews and feedback loops.
• Manage payroll and benefits strategy across the U.S. and Canada.
