Learning & Development Partner (HR): Owns learning programs end-to-end, designing engaging experiences, facilitating impactful sessions, and partnering with the business to turn real needs into measurable growth with an accent on instructional design, facilitation, and program ownership. What you will do

• Own core L&D programs from strategy through execution, ensuring content, delivery, and measurement align to business priorities.
• Design and develop engaging, non-technical training for organization-wide audiences.
• Create blended solutions using instructor-led workshops, digital courses (Articulate), and other support resources.
• Facilitate dynamic in-person training for our Utah workforce and inclusive virtual experiences for remote employees.
• Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure effectiveness.
• Support administration, reporting, and learner experience within Workday Learn and the hirify.global Platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 3-5 years of applied experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design.
• Proven experience designing programs end-to-end and facilitating live training.
• Strong instructional design foundation.
• Confident, engaging facilitator for in-person and virtual audiences.
• Experience with content authoring tools like Articulate and LMS platforms such as Workday Learn.
